Welcome to Tri-County Health Network’s (TCHNetwork) Mental Health Resource Guide.

Half of individuals will experience a mental disorder in their life, and one in five adults has a mental disorder in any given year. Mental disorders are common and treatable, and this guide was created to better connect individuals with the resources currently available to them in their communities.

Often the greatest challenge in coping with a mental disorder is finding the right support and treatment for your individual needs. Accepting help can also be very difficult, but finding a mental health professional, mental health support group, or other mental health service is one of the most important steps in reaching recovery. We hope this resource guide will empower you to find the best resource for your individual needs.

Our directory was created with you in mind, organized by local, state-wide, and national self-help resources. If while searching our directory you see a service missing, please don’t hesitate to contact us. In addition, if you see an error, please contact TCHNetwork at info@tchnetwork.org.

The listing of an agency, service, or individual does not constitute endorsement by TCHNetwork, nor does an omission infer disapproval.
