Description:
Using an integrated, interpersonal, metatheoretical approach, I employ the ACA ethics & definition of counseling to empower clients to reach their goals, while emphasizing a collaborative relationship with safety, trust, empathy and unconditional positive regard. I also use evidence-based, neuroscience-informed, cognitive behavioral, solution focused, transdiagnostic, family systems, and play therapy (with children) theories and techniques.
