Gunnison Valley Health’s behavioral health team includes both clinical and supportive services designed to address a broad spectrum of needs in our community. We’re here to help, support and connect you to the right resources for your situation. Our experienced clinicians will help you create an individualized plan of care designed to meet your personal goals.

Our Services

  • Individual and family therapy designed around your unique needs.
  • A psychiatric nurse practitioner available to support with managing and prescribing psychiatric medications.
  • Peer support specialists who partner with clients to attain recovery goals and provide connection to community resources.

Addiction Services

We have partnered with Front Range Clinic (FRC) to deliver a medication assisted treatment (MAT) program for individuals seeking to recover from addiction. No referral is needed for the MAT clinic.

The MAT Clinic is scheduled on:

  • Mondays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
  • Fridays 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

All clinics are currently taking place at 304 W. Tomichi #14, in Gunnison.
