About Kate:
I believe in your power to heal. I do not give advice. My work is to help you access your own wisdom and clarity to resolve both internal and external conflicts. I have the skills to lead you toward your self-healing capabilities, and to hold the space for you as you go for that upgrade in well being that you are longing for. My experience tells me that when people are given the space and permission to heal, they will do so, beautifully. It is my pleasure and honor to create that space with you.
My training includes a BA in International Studies from Hofstra University in New York, Yoga Teacher Certification from Nosara Institute/Omega Institute in New York, a Masters of Fine Arts in Acting from Florida Atlantic University, and a Masters of Marriage and Family Therapy from Regis University in Denver. I am a member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists.
I have additional training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman Couple Therapy, The Crucible and Internal Family Systems therapy. I currently live in beautiful Ouray, CO with my husband and son where I run a theater company called UpstART.
