Counseling for depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, substance abuse, anger management, stress management, grief/loss, life coaching, sleep issues, parenting issues, ADHD, life transitions, et cetera. I am trained in EMDR and use a varieties of modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, and MBSR). My ultimate goal is to support my clients to identify points of distress and the direction that they want to move towards to support more peaceful, present, and powerful states of being. I am a peddler of hope. I believe that sustained joy is possible
